1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

In this Agreement, the following terms have the specified meanings:

"Service" — the Millennium web platform, including all its features, APIs, mobile applications, and related services.
"Operator" — the legal entity operating the Service.
"User" — any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
"Content" — any information, data, texts, graphics, analyses generated by the Service or AI algorithms.
"AI Analysis" — automatically generated data, predictions, patterns, and recommendations by artificial intelligence algorithms.
"Cryptocurrency Assets" — any digital currencies, tokens, NFTs, and other blockchain-based digital assets.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND LEGAL EFFECT

2.1. This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the Service Operator.

2.2. By registering on the Service, creating an account, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you UNCONDITIONALLY AND FULLY accept all terms of this Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclaimer.

2.3. If you do not agree with any terms, you MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASEusing the Service and delete your account.

2.4. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

3.1. Millennium is an information and analytics platform using artificial intelligence technologies to process and visualize cryptocurrency market data.

3.2. The Service may include:

Technical analysis of charts and indicators
News aggregation and analysis
Smart Money pattern analysis
Whale activity monitoring
Trading setup and idea generation
Educational materials

3.3. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

4. COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

This section contains important limitations of liability that significantly affect your rights.

4.1. The Operator, its owners, directors, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers (collectively — "Related Parties") are NOT LIABLE for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Lost profits, revenue, or anticipated income
Loss of data, business reputation, or goodwill
Business or commercial activity interruption
Any financial losses arising from trading operations
Actions or inactions of third parties, including exchanges, brokers, data providers
Technical failures, errors, delays, or Service unavailability
Inaccuracy, incompleteness, or outdated information
Errors or inaccuracies of AI algorithms

4.2. These limitations apply regardless of:

The theory of liability (contractual, tortious, strict liability, etc.)
Whether the Operator was warned about the possibility of such damages
Whether the damages were foreseeable
Any statements made on or off the Service

4.3. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for certain types of damages is prohibited, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

5.1. CRITICALLY IMPORTANT: Millennium Service is NOT:

A licensed financial advisor
An investment advisor
A securities broker or dealer
A regulated financial organization
A provider of personalized financial recommendations

5.2. All information provided by the Service, including but not limited to:

"Trading setups" and "signals"
Technical analysis and predictions
Entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels
Asset ratings and evaluations
Any AI algorithm recommendations

is for INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and is NOTa recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise dispose of any financial instruments.

5.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that:

All trading decisions are made independently and under full personal responsibility
They will not rely solely on Service information when making investment decisions
They will consult with a licensed financial advisor before any financial transactions
They will conduct their own independent research (DYOR — Do Your Own Research)

5.4. AI algorithms operate based on historical data and statistical models that:

May contain errors and inaccuracies
Do not account for your individual financial situation
Cannot predict unforeseen events ("black swans")
Do not guarantee prediction accuracy in the future

6. USER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES

6.1. By registering on the Service, you confirm and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
You have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts
Using the Service does not violate laws applicable to you
You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
You only trade with funds you can afford to lose
The information you provide is accurate and up-to-date

6.2. Users are prohibited from:

Sharing account credentials with third parties
Using the Service for illegal activities
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Service systems
Distributing Service information as financial recommendations
Using automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
Reselling or commercially using Service data
Violating intellectual property rights
Creating multiple accounts

7. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT, AND REFUNDS

7.1. Pricing Plans. The Service provides various access levels with different functionality.

7.2. Payment:

Payment is made in advance for the selected period
Cryptocurrencies (TON, BTC, ETH, USDT) and bank cards are accepted
Prices are listed excluding applicable taxes

7.3. Refunds:

Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment
Condition: no more than 10% of the request limit has been used
Refunds are processed using the same payment method
Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the exchange rate at the time of refund

7.4. The Operator may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect already paid periods.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All rights to the Service, including software code, algorithms, design, trademarks, texts, graphics, and other materials, belong to the Operator and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes during the subscription period.

8.3. Copying, modification, distribution, decompilation, or creation of derivative works based on the Service without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

9. MAXIMUM LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR AND RELATED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER FOR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE LAST THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.2. This limitation applies to all grounds for claims, including contractual, tortious, strict liability, or any other legal theories.

9.3. If applicable law does not allow these limitations, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

10.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and Related Parties from any claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of this Agreement
Your violation of third-party rights
Any trading decisions made by you based on Service information
Any third-party claims related to your actions

10.2. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement.

11. TERMINATION

11.1. The Operator may suspend or terminate User access without prior notice upon:

Violation of this Agreement terms
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Non-payment of subscription
At the request of government authorities
If there is a threat to Service security or other users

11.2. Upon termination, all granted licenses are revoked, but provisions on limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law remain in effect.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

12.3. The parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiations before going to court.

12.4. If any provision of the Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
